Here at Dsquares, "Joyfulness" is one of our core values, and we took that to heart as we kicked off 2024! To celebrate our team's incredible achievements in 2023, we embarked on a fun-filled getaway to Ain El-Sokhna!
The adventure began with engaging activities on the bus ride, setting the tone for a day filled with laughter and collaboration. Partnering with Impact, we enjoyed the beautiful sea and mountain views while participating in games that went beyond your typical mazes and riddles.
After some healthy competition pumping our hearts, we refueled with a delicious lunch and geared up for the main event: the Gala Dinner!
We wanted to show our deep appreciation for every Dsquares team member's hard work and dedication throughout 2023. So, we glammed up for an Oscars-worthy evening! We had fantastic hosts who kept the ceremony lively and engaging.
The Gala Dinner was a night to recognize all the outstanding contributors who made Dsquares' success possible.
We awarded "Manager of the Year," "Department of the Year," "Employee of the Year," and our fantastic culture ambassadors. But the fun didn't stop there! We also had a category for some hilarious "funny awards," adding an extra dose of joy to the evening.
Seeing our CEO, Marwan Kenawy, and COO, Khaled Nazif, personally acknowledge each team's milestones and impact on Dsquares' growth journey was heartwarming. Every achievement was celebrated by the night's end, and a genuine sense of joy filled the room.
But the fun didn't stop there! The next day, we fueled up with breakfast and enjoyed the gorgeous weather. Some team members took a refreshing dip in the Red Sea, while others showcased their athleticism in a friendly beach volleyball game. For those who wanted to relax, there was plenty of time to unwind before the next adventure.
And where did we go next? We whisked the entire team away on an unforgettable boat trip on the Red Sea! We soaked up the sun, enjoyed a delicious lunch, and then returned to Cairo with lasting memories.
